Iron Soul Dungeon Grocery Shop: Stock, Prices & What to Buy
The Grocery sells a limited stock of each item per rotation, paid in gold. It is the most reliable source of Lv.3 runes and of the crystal materials that blessings consume, which makes it the main gold sink for most accounts.

What is worth the gold
- Lv.3 runes at 3,000g — Frost, Corrode and Methysis all appear here. Buying a rune is almost always cheaper than farming the Cave of Runes for it. See the rune page.
- Crystal Flake x3 at 3,000g — flakes are consumed at almost every blessing tier from +2 to +7, so this is effectively blessing currency.
- Friendship Potion at 8,000g — the most expensive line in the rotation by a wide margin.
- Dragon Claw x5 (3,500g) and Dragon Horn x5 (5,000g) — dragon materials, both stocked in small quantities.

Eight consumables exist in the game. Four of them rotate through the Grocery at the prices above; the other four are not recorded in the Grocery rotation on the official wiki.
